Between 16 and 18 February 2026, the second regular supervisory evaluation of the Public Veterinary Institute of the Republic of Srpska \u2018Dr Vaso Butozan\u2019 Banja Luka (PVIRSRB) was carried out to verify compliance with the requirements of the standard. The assessment was carried out by the Institute for Accreditation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BATA), at both locations where VIRSVB operates, Bijeljina and Banja Luka.
The BATA surveillance assessment covered all ten VIRSVB laboratories and 35 accredited testing methods. Once again, VIRSVB has successfully defended and retained its accreditation status, which covers 115 accredited methods across five technical areas and 11 sub-areas. This is yet another confirmation of the quality of work of VIRSVB, the only public veterinary institution in Republika Srpska, which, as a professional and scientific institution, is constantly in the service of animal and human health, performing tasks of animal health protection and food safety.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
